I saw this quote online-- "Happiness is a form of courage"--and I knew I wanted to use it on some of my Hope Hearts.  I think it is so true that when you are sick, or someone you love is sick, you feel that happiness is forbidden; but I feel that even in the worst times there are moments of happiness, and it takes courage to allow yourself to be happy.

Here's a simple little badge-style heart with a pin back.  It always think of the word "happy" when I think of hearts!

I've always liked hearts and they've been a theme in my life.  I've made a ton of little hearts into pins to wear, but it wasn't until just recently that I realized I could make them in this flat badge-style!  Up until now, they've always been puffy!

This heart is in colors I love; I think I will wear it on my trip this weekend!
